How is your product's warranty?
As the long experience in the refrigeration equipment industry, we manufacture the product base on very high-quality standard, so we are very confident in our products, we offer 2 years warranty if the customer faces the quality issue.
10 years lifetime – Because we use the Europe Made compressors with very high cost, and the German blower and condenser, the performance is very stable and we can say the blast chiller freezer is able to be used in 10 years.
Do you support the international shipping to oversea?
Yes, we support the overseas shipping. Our shipping department manager is 20 years experienced, the staff under his team is working very well in the exporting. It is so easy for us to handle the overseas shipping base on the term of FOB, CIF, CFR, CNF and EXW local transaction.
What kind of payment methods are acceptable?

How much for the cost of shipping to customer's country?
As for the variation of the international shipping cost, we only can calculate the shipping fee from the recent quotation.
And our refrigeration equipment such as commercial blast chiller freezers, bakery display case, gelato ice cream display, and the frozen yogurt blender machine are all big machines, it means the package and weight is a very important factor to consider for the international shipping cost.

What about the delivery time?
If the blast chiller freezers are stock available, we only need 3-5 days to deliver to the customer, but if the machine is customized or need produce, then normally we need 15-25 days to prepare for starting to deliver.
If you have special request on delivery time, we may do something to help for fast delivery, just feel free to contact us.
Is your refrigeration equipment supported customization?
100% affirmative, we are very happy that if the customer can tell us the customization request on our blast chiller, bakery case, and gelato display. We can make them as your request, like change the size, temperature, design, and configurations.
Is the refrigeration equipment OEM supported?
Yes, if customer’s order is a bulk order, 20GP or 40FT container, we are pleased to make the OEM machine, but if the order is less than the container QTY, we will only produce the machines with our brand.
How is the Grandchill order procedure?
We will send you the confirmation after the order discussion, the refrigeration products will be placed after receiving your full payment or 30% deposit, we will ship out the machines after the QC team checked, our international shipping department will handle all the overseas shipping issues until the customer receives the products at the destination. Our customer service will take care of the quality and complaints if receive it.
